Into the Blue Again

Into the Blue Again is a live onstage concert with The EastShore Chorale featuring a host of excellent musicians. The concert will take the audience on a musical and choir journey of five genres – spanning four decades, starting with 1950s Jazz, jumping to the early 60s Folk, to the 80s of Soft-Pop-Synth, moving to New Wave 80s, art punk in the 90s, and arriving at alternative and progressive rock in the 90s. Expect a deeply integrated mix of choir voices and instrumentation, singer and musician solo breakouts, and the choir’s take on five very popular music selections from the four – decade span. 

A recurring theme of water unites all but one of the songs, bringing a fluidity to the concert as a whole. If the title “Into the Blue Again” dials up a memory for you, you may have guessed one of the music selections. Don’t miss this highly eclectic concert mix of a choir projecting their sound, working with great musicians bringing their craft to the stage.

Update…..
The choir is back in full swing, numbering 43 members.  We are two rehearsals in, working towards at least 3 planned performances, including a concert with multiple musicians.  Our social media campaign “Come Sing with us, is humming along nicely, gaining traction and new member interest. Exciting News in 2026.  The choir is scheduled for Feb 20th to return to rehearsal sessions every Friday Eve from 7-9 PM at Wilkins School Community Center.  We will be working towards multiple performances for the spring.  If you are aware of anyone interested in singing with us, please have them visit here.
